• Dy. CEO (MLE & MIS): Professional with minimum 10 years progressive experience in the development sector with last three years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation.
• Dy. CEO (Community Finance): Professional with minimum 10 years progressive experience in the development sector with last three years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation.
• Dy. CEO (Skill Development, Placement, Enterprise and Business Development): MBA or Post Graduate Degree in HR/ Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Marketing with 10 years experience in the relevant field.
• Project Manager (Procurement): Professional with minimum 6 years progressive experience in the development sector with last two years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation (Commerce)/ CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
• Project Manager (Communication): Professional with minimum 6 years progressive experience in the development sector with last two years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation in Mass Communication / Journalism.
• Project Manager (Nonfarm): Professional with 6 years progressive experience in the development sector with last three years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation.
• Project Manager (Micro Insurance): Professional with minimum 6 years progressive experience in the development sector with last two years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation.
• Project Manager- (Marketing and Corporate Linkage): MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/ Rural Management/ Rural Development with 7 years experience in the relevant field
• Project Manager- (Livestock): Professional with minimum 6 years progressive experience in the development sector with last three years in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation. A degree in MVSc - Veterinary Science  /Dairy Technology or an work experience with Milk Marketing Federation (AMUL/Mother Dairy/GCMF/State owned Dairy marketing  Cooperatives will be an added advantage.
• Project Executive (ML & E): Professional with minimum 3 years progressive experience in the development sector with last one year in leadership roles. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development / Rural Management / Social  Science & Social work/ MBA (rural management) or 2 years PG Diploma in rural development with PGDCA or equivalent computer certificate. MCA / B.E./ B.tech. (Computer Science/ Information and Technology) degree holders or candidates having equivalent degree from University / Premier Institute are encouraged to apply.
• Project Executive (Bank): Professional with minimum 3 years progressive experience in the development sector with last one year in roles of dealing with huge remittance of funds. Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant(Inter)/Cost Accountant(Inter)/M.Com/MFC with specialization in Finance/ Financial Management/ Financial Accounting.
• Project Executive (SPMU): Professional with minimum 3 years progressive experience in the development sector with last one year in roles of dealing with huge remittance of funds. Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant(Inter)/Cost Accountant(Inter)/M.Com/MFC with specialization in Finance/ Financial Management/ Financial Accounting.
• Project Executive (Audit): Professional with minimum 3 years progressive experience in the development sector with last one year in Audit functions. Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Inter)/Cost Accountant (Inter).
• Project Executive (Financial Reporting): Professional with minimum 3 years progressive experience in the development sector with last one year in the role of Reporting. Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant(Inter)/Cost Accountant(Inter)/M.Com/MFC with specialization in Finance/ Financial Management/ Financial Accounting.
• Project Executive (Agroservice): Professional with minimum 3 years experience in the development sector. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation ( MBA-Rural Management/ MBA-Agri Marketing/ MSc Ag - Extension/ MSc Ag- Agri Economics)
• Project Executive (NTFP): Professional with minimum 3 years experience in the development sector. Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation.
• Project Executive-Enterprise Development and placement): Professional with minimum 3 years progressive experience in the relevant field with last one year in leadership role. Educational Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/ Rural Management/ Rural Development with experience in the relevant field.
